• Promote the property with all the local real estate agencies
• Legal advice for the development of contract agreements for the leasing of such property
• Timely collection of revenues
• The Payments for the condominium's maintenance and other payments
• Provide preventive maintenance to the property in good condition so that it can produce income
• Cleaning the property
• Fumigation
• Payment the Predial tax
• Laundry, when the tenants enter and leave the property
• Supervision of the delivery and receipt of the property when the tenants arrive and leave
• Send a monthly statement with the charges and payments registered of the property and transferring the funds as instruction of the owner
